A mix here, a mix there, mixing Mixers everywhere!

My Dearest Gentle Drinkers, I’d like to take this opportunity to invite you to the Twain Harte Golf Club Mixer hosted with the Twain Harte Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, April 14th at 5:30pm. Kelly and her wonderful crew are all ready to welcome you!

We at the Chamber always enjoy these chances to chat with our local business owners and residents. To help you along, I wanted to give you a red and a white “Whistledrunk Pick” off their wine list: the dark berried Wente Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon or the delightfully sippable Seaglass Sauvignon Blanc.

Whether you would enjoy the Wente Cabernet with (my favorite) Fried Ravioli in front of a game, a Blue Cheese Bacon Burger after your round or go all out on the Prime Rib French Dip this wine will not disappoint!  On the other hand, if you love a tart Sauvignon Blanc as much as I do, you already know it will pair beautifully with almost anything on the menu but two of my favorites are always Chicken Piccata, playing nicely with the basil vinaigrette on the Shrimp Avocado Salad or (my favorite) just sipping in the sun with some cher amis on the Golf Club patio. Whichever you choose, just enjoy the view and our beautiful mountain life Gentle Drinkers!
